McFly band member Tom Fletcher is to help write some material for One Direction's second album. He told the Daily Star: 'Some songwriters have never been in a band. But the One Direction guys can relate to me, as I've been through the same kind of experiences. I can't wait to write more tunes for One Direction. I'm really proud of their success in America.'
Meanwhile, One Direction's hit song What Makes You Beautiful is to feature on Glee. Matthew Morrison, who plays teacher Will Schuester in the show, said: 'I've just heard of them, they're really taking over the States. We are covering one of their songs on 'Glee', 'What Makes You Beautiful'. I need to YouTube it to practice.'
